Prior to LeanData, Evan was the GM and VP Products at Caring.com, where he grew a small acquisition into the company’s main business, generating over 50% of the company’s revenue over 2 years. Before Caring.com, Evan worked at Shasta Ventures, a leading venture capital firm focused on end-user-driven businesses.

In her new role as LeanData’s Chief Customer Officer, McBrearty will be responsible for defining and improving client outcomes and ensuring customer-centricity remains at the core of LeanData’s growth and company values. Rachael joins LeanData after spending over a decade at Cisco, where she held senior executive-level customer experience and insights positions spanning across business units, as well as a consulting services practice focused on helping Cisco’s top customers with their customer experiences.

Karen is responsible for all aspects of product marketing, brand strategy, demand generation, customer and employee advocacy, and the customer journey. Prior to LeanData, Karen was Group Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Marketo, where she led the pioneering marketing automation company through its transformation from a public to private company and successfully introduced the New Marketo internally and externally.

Steve leads LeanData's revenue organization, overseeing all aspects of sales, business development, revenue operations and enablement. With more than 25 years of software sales experience, Steve previously served as CRO at Conga and SVP Sales at Malwarebytes. Prior to that, he spent 12 years leading Xactly’s global sales, alliances and business development teams, scaling the organization from pre-revenue to over $100 million, leading to a successful IPO and subsequent acquisition by Vista Equity Partners.

Larry Cheng brings over two decades of experience working with venture-backed and high-growth companies in the technology industry. Throughout his career, Cheng has held senior-level financial positions at leading organizations including Coursera, Meebo (acquired by Google), Callidus Cloud (acquired by SAP), among others.
Hendrick is focused on product innovation and driving customer success with LeanData’s unique solutions. Prior to LeanData, Hendrick led the web and mobile product teams at Zynga Poker, nearly doubling revenue to make Zynga Poker one of the largest and most valuable Zynga franchises. Prior to Zynga, Hendrick led Product Management efforts at PayPal, Plaxo, LoudCloud (Opsware), and Evincii. Hendrick began his career in software development at BuildPoint, an online e-commerce platform.
