What does the Lead-to-Account View do?
As you may know, Salesforce does not naturally connect leads and accounts in the CRM. LeanData’s View is a Visualforce plugin that allows users to match leads to their accounts in real-time. Sales teams can see duplicates or related leads, possible matched accounts, as well as the leads from those matched accounts. This way, reps spend less time on research and tedious administrative tasks – and more time selling.

Why is connecting Leads to Accounts important?

What does this free product not include?
This offer only allows you to view how leads match into corresponding accounts within Salesforce. If a lead matches with multiple possible accounts, our paid Matching product offers customizable tie-breakers to identify the best match. In the paid product, you can also write account-level fields (such as address, number of employees, industry,…) onto the lead record. Companies also use LeanData’s paid Routing product in conjunction with Matching to ensure that the leads are then assigned to the most appropriate owner based on the company’s business rules.

Does this free product expire?

How fast does Lead-to-Account View happen?
LeanData is a real-time solution. You will see the results of the match within two minutes of a lead entering your Salesforce instance.
If you make any updates to an existing lead, its views also update in real-time to reflect any changes in the accounts and contacts it matches with.
Is there a limit to the number of leads we can connect to accounts?
Not at all. You can have millions of leads, LeanData’s scalable solution will match as many of them as possible.
Do I need to clean the data in my CRM before installing your Lead to Account View?
No. LeanData’s proprietary fuzzy-matching algorithm is built for real-life situations and works with “dirty” data.
How is LeanData’s Lead-to-Account View different from other solutions?
Our solution is far superior than any solution available today. We were the first to market, and have spent five-plus years iterating and perfecting our matching algorithms. Typical solutions use domain-only matching, resulting in both incorrect matches and missed matches, but LeanData solves those problems by utilizing multiple fields within each record to identify the highest fidelity matches. Can I have customized tiebreakers?
Not in the free version of the product. Lead-to-account View will show you all possible matches, and you will need to select the account that the lead should be added to.
In our paid product, when our fuzzy matching often produces several potential corresponding accounts, we provide customizable tiebreakers to determine the account with the best match. Can I install this in my Sandbox instance?

Will this impact the performance of my Salesforce instance?
No. However, we do use a processing slot in your SFDC instance.
